At Sipology, you’re always in control of your subscriptions. You can cancel any product subscription at any time — there are no cancellation fees.
Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription quickly and easily.
Option 1: Cancel Through Your Online Account (Fastest Method)
- Go to www.sipology.com (US) or www.sipology.ca (Canada)
- Click Account (top-right corner) Enter your email and password
- Go to My Upcoming Shipments
- Click on Manage Subscriptions
- Select the product subscription you wish to cancel
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm your cancellation
You will receive an email confirming that your subscription has been cancelled.
Important Timing Note
If your subscription renewal has already been processed:
- The current order may still ship.
- The cancellation will apply to future shipments.
If you believe your order was processed in error, please contact us immediately at support@sipology.com and include your order number.
Option 2: Need Help?
If you’re unable to access your account, we’re happy to help.
Please email our Support Team with:
- Your full name
- The email address on your account
- The product you wish to cancel
We’ll take care of it for you as quickly as possible.
Can I Pause Instead of Cancel?
Yes! You can also:
- Skip a shipment
- Change your delivery date
- Adjust product quantity
Simply follow the same steps inside your Subscriptions section.
Refund Policy
Subscription cancellations apply to future orders. Orders already processed follow our standard refund policy.
